This is about a card project by  OH1MQK  <mea@utu.fi>
A sync serial card for several uses.  Partial fileset
available on FTP.  (Enough to make PALs though.)

The central chip in this design (MC145448) is no longer
available in mass quantities, thus there are only a few
boards available of this type.

Contact designer for updated info if this set gets very old..
