* of the latex files, changed fontmath.cfg (let it read

Write the small mf file first and call it afterwards. This has
the advantage, that the jobname equals the final fontname and
is recorded properly by the special definitions of modes.mf
maintained by Karl Berry.
Note, that these modifications aren't yet applied to the UNIX and
DOS batch files.
