This directory contains an RTF to HTML translator. The translator was
based on RTF conversion software developed by Paul Dubois. You will need
both rtf2html.shar and RTF-1.07a2.tar.Z to build the rtf2html converter.

RTF-1.07a2.tar.Z may not be the latest version of Paul Dubois' software
which is publically available from ftp.primate.wisc.edu in pub/RTF.
