I did not try XFree86 version for some time, but I think it should
build out-of-the-box now.

Open32 version builds if you apply my patches (on CPAN) to
limited-release Tk401.000 (available upon request from my site, Nick
did not release it publicly).  You need to have Open32-capable
subversion of OS/2 (tested with the minimal version: fixpak17 +
separate Open32 runtime, I think Open32 is merged in as of fixpak26).

To build a PM version you need some additional patches and a source of
PM-tk port of Illya Vaes.  He did not release the source, but allows
me to distribute it.  Note that PM port is much rougher (yet?) than
Open32 one.
