The binary distribution of XFree86 version 2.1 for Linux can be found
in the subdirectory XFree86-2.1.  Please obtain the INSTALL there for
full information. It is recomended that you obtain and read the contents
of the XF86-2.1-doc.tar.gz file if you are newcomer to X.

An upgrade for XFree86-2.1, is available in the XFree86-2.1.1 subdirectory.
This is not a full release, but an upgrade, so read the README there for
more information about what the upgrade is about and how to install it.
